Reteta de vinete umplute ,se aseamana cu muraturile,dar este un aperitiv super ,pentru micul dejun si pentru cina.
Ingrediente;
Vinete mici 3 kg
Ulei de masline cca 800 ml
Usturoi 3 catei
Sare se pune exact ca in video.
Nuca 300-350 g
Pasta de ardei neapoasa 500 gr.
Etape de lucru;
Fierbem vinetele,
Taiem pe mijloc si umplem cu sare
Punem la stors cu greutate de 7-10 kg
Cand nu mai au lichid ,le stergem putin,si le umplem cu umplutura.
Punem in borcane si le acoperim cu ulei dar nu plin,lasam peste noapte ,apoi dimineata complecatam cu ulei cat sa fie acoperite vinetele daca este nevoie,(peste noapte se poate ca uleiul sa se reverse ,de aceea puneti sub borcane o tava.
Lasam cam 10 zile pe vreme rece si 7-8 pe zile mai calde ,sa se macereze putin.
Apoi se pot consuma .
Are un gust inegalabil.
Se pastreaza pana si un an.
